Way Foward

\”Luke 22: 42. Father, if thou be willing, remove this cup from me: nevertheless not my will, but thine, be done.\”

You repeat this phrase almost everyday with hope that you will wake up, find trouble and struggles as just but a dream. The more you say it the harder it gets to believe that it is His will being done.

However, He created all there is, He controls all that happens and He is everywhere. If you were climbing a mountain, and asked the Almighty to lift you up to the top, what will He do?

He will not literally pick you and drop you at the top neither remove nor cut the mountain shorter for you. He will guide you with grace and zeal to help you climb the mountain.

Similarly, He guides you in every other situation sometimes letting you break down till all you want is to give up.

Why would you give up yet, you have no power to know what tomorrow holds like you never knew what is happening today would happen?

It is okay feeling the urge to give up. It is okay feeling the need to question Him. It is okay crying out. It is okay falling.

Nevertheless, it is not okay to lose hope. It is not okay to lose faith. It is not okay not trying a little harder. It is okay to have a little more patience.

So, when you want to know what is the way forward, it is just but \’His will be done\’.
